This project reimagines an existing 18-story building in Ho Chi Minh City as a vertically integrated hospitality and work environment. The program combines serviced lodging, co-working offices, and a series of social and wellness spaces designed to activate the building throughout the day and evening.
The lower levels are organized around public and social uses, including a ground-floor bar and gathering space and a mezzanine restaurant overlooking the street. Guest accommodations occupy the majority of the mid-rise floors, with a mix of two-bedroom apartments and compact hotel-style units designed for both short- and long-term stays.
The center of the building functions as a social hub, with a club lounge and event space positioned midway up the tower. Above this, several levels are dedicated to co-working offices and meeting rooms. The upper floors return to lodging, culminating in a rooftop wellness and fitness space with views across the city.
The design approach focuses on strategic interior renovation, operational reorganization, and the introduction of shared amenity spaces to transform the existing structure into a cohesive hospitality destination.
